These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Shed ("the Service"), operated by The Way Technologies AB ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("you", "your", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Shed is a platform that enables organizations to create custom internal web applications ("Tools") using AI-assisted development. The Service includes:
• AI-powered tool creation based on natural language descriptions
• Hosting and deployment of created tools
• Organization management and access control
• Tool editing and iteration capabilities
• Collaboration features for team members
Tools are hosted on our infrastructure and accessible via web browsers. Source code for generated tools is stored in private repositories under our control.
To use the Service, you must:
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you sign up, an organization is automatically created for you. You may:
• Create additional organizations
• Join existing organizations via invitation
• Belong to multiple organizations simultaneously
You are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Each organization's data (tools, configurations, content) is accessible only to members of that organization. We implement strict access controls to ensure data isolation between organizations.
The Service is offered through various subscription tiers:
• Individual: For personal use
• Team: For small teams
• Organization: For larger organizations
• Enterprise: For enterprise-level requirements
Current pricing and plan features are available on our website.
All payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as our Merchant of Record. They handle:
• Payment processing and billing
• Tax calculation and compliance
• Invoice generation
• Payment method storage (credit cards, etc.)
We do not collect or store your payment information. When you subscribe, you will be directed to our payment provider's secure payment portal. Their terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly)
• Payments are automatically charged to your payment method on file
• You will receive invoices for each billing period
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
We may offer a free tier with limited functionality. Free tier accounts:
• Have restricted access to certain features
• May be subject to usage limits
• Do not require payment information
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
• Your account settings in the Service
• Contacting our payment provider or support
Upon cancellation:
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not automatically renew
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to free tier (if available) or become inactive
Refund requests are handled by our payment provider in accordance with their refund policy. Generally:
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may be granted at our discretion for exceptional circumstances

The Service, including its source code, design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by The Way Technologies AB and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Extract or reuse any source code or technology
• Use our trademarks without permission
You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service (tool descriptions, prompts, data uploaded to tools). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:
• Process your content to provide the Service (e.g., send prompts to AI models)
• Store and host your content
• Display your content to authorized organization members
Tools created using our Service are generated by AI based on your input. Regarding these tools:
• Platform ownership: We retain ownership of the platform infrastructure, hosting, and deployment systems
• Tool license: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use tools created within your organization for as long as you maintain an active subscription
• Source code: Generated tool source code is stored in private repositories under our control; you do not have direct access to or ownership of this source code
• Data within tools: You own the data you input into tools you create
Note: Upon subscription cancellation, your access to tools is terminated, but your organization data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content (including hate speech, harassment, or explicit material)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or to build a competing product
• Create tools that violate third-party terms of service (e.g., scraping, unauthorized API access)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions.
Tools created with The Shed cannot:
• Authenticate to external third-party services (OAuth, API keys, etc.)
• Integrate with platforms requiring user authentication (e.g., cloud storage, social media, payment processors, cloud providers)
• Send or receive emails via external email providers
Tools can:
• Use AI APIs for AI features (we handle authentication)
• Access public APIs that do not require authentication
• Upload and store files
• Use standard web application features (forms, databases, charts, etc.)
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
• The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees
• We may perform maintenance, which may cause temporary interruptions
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers
Tools are generated using AI, which may:
• Produce unexpected results or errors
• Require iteration to meet your requirements
• Not perfectly interpret complex or ambiguous requests
You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated tools before use in production environments.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion (see Section 7).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
• If you violate these Terms
• For non-payment (if applicable)
• If we discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)
• If required by law
Upon termination:
• Your access to the Service will cease
• Tools created by your organization will become inaccessible
• Data deletion will proceed as outlined in our Privacy Policy
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Warranties that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SWEDISH LAW:
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Way Technologies AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact@the-shed.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon:
• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
For material changes, we will notify you via:
• Email to your registered address
• Prominent notice in the application
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Way Technologies AB regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The Service relies on third-party services (AI providers, hosting, payment processing). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties.
